At Havaianas Brasil, we want you to love your summer style; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all footwear remains in its original condition with the security tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Place your unworn Havaianas in their original packaging, ensuring the box is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
